When I remember that God is the center of everything, then I can more easily recognize that I am the one who has gotten far away...wrapped up in my own world, in a coccoon that muffles the sound of God's voice. This idea of not feeling God's presence really resonates with me too. I figure faith doesn't always feel real--especially if we try to have faith in something disconnected from the world. God isn't disconnected from the world, but we seem to talk about him as if he is. So good to talk with you today! This idea of not feeling God’s presence really resonates with me too.
